Beginning her career in the food & beverage industry, Aisy took on the pivotal role of initiating OHS implementation and spearheading various initiatives within a workforce exceeding 200 individuals. Known for her adeptness in creating a robust OHS system and facilitating safety communication, Aisy achieved this through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including workers, management, contractors and regulatory bodies.
